There are four (4) types of plans consisting of the following:
- Miniplan – we provide a plan that is sufficient to describe your business such as the line of business, the products and/ or services offered, target market/customers, and how this business to compete with existing competition.
- Presentation Plan – we formulate a plan also called a ‘pitch deck’ that allows your readers to capture the passion for the business. Typically, this plan covers the concept, mission statement, and financial forecast.
- Working Plan – we provide a more detail and longer plan than the mini and presentation plans. This plan serves to presenting to an investor and/ or bank for the purpose of obtaining financing.
- What-if Plan – we can assist in developing a plan useful in preparing a contingency plan such as in the case of seeking bank financing. This plan usually is based on the worst-case scenario for a business surviving.
